What is CrossFIT?
'Constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity.'
Put simply, the workouts change daily, the exercises used within the workouts vary as does the length of the workout.
We have benchmark workouts such as 'Fran' and 'Grace', and classic memorial workouts such as 'Murph', Small' and 'The Seven'.
Our GRIT classes feature longer (35-40mins) METCON workouts. Featuring favourite movements such as walking lunges, burpees, wall balls, carries, cardio and more, If you want to get a sweat on this one will more than have you covered.
Our functional bodybuilding classes are designed to develop and supplement the strength work done within our other classes. With a focus on strength work this is a slower paced class featuring a progressive strength block.
